Founded on May 12, 1911, in a modest 30x30-foot building, Pilot Grove Savings Bank began with $10,000 pooled by 23 investors. From these humble beginnings in Pilot Grove, Iowa, the bank has grown steadily, expanding its main location and establishing branches in 12 neighboring towns:
