Youth Summer Activity at the American Gothic House Center- Charlotte's Web

These FREE activities will be available on a first-come, first-served basis while supplies last for all museum guests- local community and travelers. Each event’s theme and activities will correspond with the subject of the simultaneous self-guided hike. All children must be supervised and accompanied by an adult aged 18 or older the entire time. Activities will begin and end at the American Gothic House Center (look for signs) and are geared toward elementary-aged children in a come-and-go-as-you-please fashion. No preregistration necessary. Check Facebook for any cancellations. Download a hike “passport” for kids ages 6-18 from either of our websites or Facebook event, or stop into the Center and pick one up. Journal and complete 2 independent activities to earn an American Gothic House Center lanyard! All details and requirements for this activity are on the passport. Also ask to check out an educational backpack from the Center’s gift shop. Topics are bugs, birds, and plants.
