Celebrate the season with Christmas in the Villages, beginning Nov. 25 and continuing throughout the month of December with a variety of special events happening! 

The spirit of the season will abound as you enjoy the ever-popular Holiday Lights, unique holiday shopping experiences, and special business open houses to find that perfect gift.

Stroll through dozens of live decorated trees, wreaths, tabletop trees decorated to this year's theme (TBA).  All items are available for bid during a silent auction ending on Sunday. Several cash & carry items will be available for purchase as well. Refreshments served.

Event sponsored by Van Buren County Lions Clubs. Proceeds to go to "Christmas for Kids" in Van Buren County.

Fri. 5-9pm, Sat. 9am-8pm, Sun. 12-3pm.

The Villages Folk School specializes in providing learning experiences in traditional arts and skills while drawing upon the uniqueness of each of the eleven historic Villages of Van Buren County, Iowa.

Classes are held in a peaceful rural setting, so students can return to a simpler time and witness the importance of the artisan in village life.
